My stay at this hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, making it a top spot in Shanghai to savor some classy local cuisine. I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right along Nanjing East Road with easy access to attractions and the subway station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they were a bit cold during winter on the 17th floor with a nice view of the city. The service was friendly and helpful, and the dining experience was okay, but the breakfast options were limited. Overall, a good value for the price.
