Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, making it a top spot in Shanghai to savor some classy local cuisine. However, the service could use some improvement in English communication skills, though the water refill setup was a thoughtful touch. The location was superb for exploring the city center and enjoying easy access to public transportation, shopping, and dining. Unfortunately, the dining options were quite basic and not very impressive.
The hotel's location is super convenient, near the underground station and surrounded by plenty of affordable dining options. The rooms had an interesting view, but there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke that required ventilation. It's also a hotspot for local cuisine lovers in Shanghai.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although clean, felt a bit tired and the placement facing the lift was inconvenient. On the bright side, the hotel is a destination for local cuisine lovers. However, the noise from the surroundings was quite disturbing.
My stay was enjoyable overall. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were comfortable, but I encountered an issue with the window not closing. The service was average, with some helpful staff but lacking professionalism at times. Dining options were limited, but the location was ideal for accessing nearby attractions.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right along Nanjing East Road with easy access to attractions and the subway station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they were a bit cold during winter on the 17th floor with a nice view of the city. The service was friendly and helpful, and the dining experience was okay, but the breakfast options were limited. Overall, a good value for the price.
